Otherwise you will eat in what is referred to as maintenance. If you’ve got more than 5 lbs to lose you’ll calculate a weight loss calorie deficit. If you are following a Beachbody fitness program with portion control containers like 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, LIIFT4 or Transform :20 use the formula found in your program’s nutrition guide to find your calorie bracket and eating plan. Your calculation will depend on whether or not you are working out and at what intensity.
